ABOUT
This superbly appointed 3 bed townhouse is set on a small exclusive development called The View, “Apartamentos Turísticos “The View” 4 stars”, which overlooks the picturesque fishing village of Salema on the Western Algarve.
Finished to a high specification and fitted with all modern day appliances and contemporary furnishings, the townhouse is ideally positioned overlooking the pool complex. This private complex comprises of just 55 deluxe villas and townhouses with a large outdoor swimming pool.
Guests staying at The View can also enjoy discounted green fees at the nearby famous Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort and the use of its superb facilities. Some facilities are only available during peak season and local charges apply.
The fabulous beach, restaurants and amenities of Salema are only a short stroll away.

Located in the Western Algarve, widely regarded as home to some of the best beaches in Europe. The Sundrenched coastline is perfect for outdoor pursuits such as walking, tennis, horse riding and bird watching. It is a haven for watersports and with an almost tropical climate, you are spoilt with over 3000 hours of sunshine every year.
Salema is a small traditional Western Algarve fishing village nestled in a secluded bay with calm blue waters surrounded by dramatic sun baked ochre cliffs. It is midway between Sagres and Lagos, just over an hours drive from Faro International Airport. The wide sheltered bay leaves the long stretch of beach ideal for swimming and water sports.

Voted as one of top 50 beaches in the World, Salema is a tranquil and stunning village, with traditional Portuguese fishing activities still going on today.
With a handful of outstanding restaurants and bars, Salema is the perfect place to unwind and escape from the tourist crowds.

All modern, de dietrich applicanes, including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven & grill, microwave, coffee machine etc.

Fibre broadband is available throughout the villa.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms both share a family bathroom.
Television
Smart TV, with a huge range of international channels.
A Google Chromecast has also been fitted.
Pool
The villa sits very close to the communal, heated pool (heated from May half-term to the end of October). Sun loungers are available around the pool and in the garden of the villa.
Towels & Linen
All bedroom linen is provided. Towels for use within the house are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Close to the famous Parque da Floresta golf course and within easy reach of numerous other world-class courses, you'll find plenty of golf close-by.
Watersports
The Western Algarve is a haven for water sports, with a wide range of aquatic sporting activities available for all the family. Surfing, kayaking, dolphin watching are just some of the nearby activities available.
Beaches
Salema beach, with it's sugar-fine, golden sands and blue flag certification is just one many beaches there are to explore in the west of the Algarve.
Cuisine
The west of the Algarve is blessed with fabulous restaurants. Salema in particular boasts some of the very finest in the area.
Lagos
Explore the charming historical town of Lagos, just 20 minutes drive away.
History
If understanding Algarvian history and culture is of more interest, you're spoilt. From the dinosaur footprints on Salema beach to the Castelo in Silves, you've more than enough on your doorstep to keep you going.
We had the most wonderful stay at The View; the villa is gorgeous, spacious, well equipped and so conveniently located to the lovely Salema beach.
The shared pool is a very decent size too - large enough to get in a hard swim after far too many pastel de natas!
The amenities at Parque da Floresta are perfect for those looking to play tennis or golf and this is only a short 5 minute drive from the villa.
The villa is incredibly well stocked with air con, modern bathrooms, homely living area and a very special terrace with a gas BBQ and wonderful sea views.
